INTERNAL REGULATION

Happy to host you, we invite you to read our internal regulations. The small rules to be observed in the structure are not only those required by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

CANCELLATION FEES
Should you need to cancel, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible. The cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address info@umbertoprimonapoli.com and will have the following conditions:

  • The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In this case the amount already paid will be refunded in full
  • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival and up to 24 hours before check-in, a penalty equal to 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to check-in or in case of “no-show”, a penalty equal to 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be made.
  • In case of early departure with respect to the established date, there are no refunds.
  • The amount of the city tax of the Municipality of Naples will be added to the daily rate for your room, equivalent from 01/07/2019 to the amount of € 2.50 per night per person (excluding children under the age of 14)

In case of cancellation, the amount will be returned after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).

CHECK IN

  • Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 14.00. In our structure there is no physical reception service, only virtual.
  • Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide a valid identity document (passport or identity card), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the criminal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the facility. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
  • The agreed price for the stay in our facility includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories.
  • Cleaning is done by reservation only. You can book the service on the tablet at the entrance. The service is active from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 12:30 and must be booked at least 8 hours in advance, to allow us to organize it in the best possible way. The change of bed linen and towels are provided every 5 days. On request it is possible to have the daily change of towels by paying a supplement of € 5.00, of bed linen by paying a supplement of € 5.00.
  • On the tablet it is also possible to book a taxi or a left-luggage office
  • Free of charge and on request it is possible to add a cot / bed for children from 0/3 years.
  • There are no timetables to be respected for entry and exit from the structure, guests can go out and return as they please.
  • Inside the structure, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed.
  • It is strictly forbidden, for reasons of public safety, to allow access or receive at any time other guests other than those residing there and duly registered

CHECK-OUT

  • On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00, to allow cleaning and delivery of the same to new arrivals; a delay will result in an additional night being charged. We also remind you that after this time the lock code will be disabled.
  • We will have no problems storing your luggage until the end of the day. However, it is necessary to book luggage storage on the tablet or on the app.
  • It is also possible to book a taxi on the tablet or on the app

GENERAL RULES AND RULES OF GOOD BEHAVIOR

  • In the structure it is absolutely forbidden to consume alcohol, drugs and smoking. Compliance with this rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke and those who will come after you, as well as from the fire prevention regulations. It is also forbidden to use heaters, electric heaters, gas stoves and the like inside the structure, as they can cause damage to the structure, to people and things.
  • Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.
  • Take care to turn off the lights, air conditioners, TVs and other systems whenever you leave the room. Take care to systematically close the windows when the air conditioners are running.
  • In accordance with the regulations of the structure and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to respect the silence in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at any time of day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
  • Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the structure, to the accessories belonging to the assigned room and for the improper use of complementary equipment.
  • We are not responsible for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, gas, telephone line or Internet connection not dependent on our wishes.

COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REGULATION IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY. FAILURE, WE WILL BE FORCED NOT TO ALLOW OVER THE PERMANENCE.
